Slow cooked borders pork belly
Topped off with cranberry sauce with tattie fondant,
sprouts & smoked bacon, our own bread sauce & tasty gravy
Roast squash & toasted mixed nut Wellington
Accompanied with herb buttered sprouts, honey roast salsify

Homemade beefy full dripping pastry pie
Filled with slow cooked chunks of Scottish beef shin with ale gravy,
together with home chips & extra lashings 'O' gravy
Baked haddock fillet on creamy pinhead oat risotto
Served with smoked Applewood cheddar, leek, chives & paprika
& all topped with a happy poached egg
